The cohort includes n=1650 patients that have been treated in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Heidelberg-Institute of Psychotherapy (HIP). All patients and therapists included in the cohort have given informed consent.   The assessment at the beginning and end of treatment included besides screening questionnaires a SCID-interview.
