Description

The HIP Cohort started 11 years ago. The cohort includes n=1650 patients that have been treated in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Heidelberg-Institute of Psychotherapy (HIP). All patients and therapists included in the cohort have given informed consent. The assessment at the beginning and end of treatment included besides screening questionnaires a SCID-interview. For psychotherapy process research all treatment sessions are video- or audio-recorded and patients as well as therapists regularly fill in questionnaires during the treatment process.
